I have purchased a SP LH subscription on 31st Mar 2025. Unfortunately, I used my personal credit card whereas I was supposed to use my corporate card for payment. I need urgent help in cancelling this subscription. Can you please confirm if current payment will be reversed as the subscription is still not activated.
It will be problematic as I will not get any reimbursement from my current company as I have used my personal credit card.
I have raised several cases with SAP store but no reply. I am stuck.
SAP Store Support Request :1000515294 this is the latest case raised
