How long to get a learning journey code error be fixed by asking https://support.learning.sap.com

I have reported a code error in one of the free SAP Learning Journeys (*) via https://support.learning.sap.com > Contact Us, two months ago, but still no answer. Note that I got the information 90 minutes after posting that my report was forwarded "to the relevant team as they are more efficient and reliable when it comes to this kind of matter" (i.e. a code error).

How long should I wait, i.e. what is your experience?

Thank you.

Sandra

In my case, 2.5 months between report and resolution:

  1. I reported a code error on January 15th, 2025, at 12:49pm (see below content).
  2. I obtained a first answer the same day at 2:15pm, that it was forwarded "to the relevant team as they are more efficient and reliable when it comes to this kind of matter".
  3. I obtained a second answer on March 28th, 2025, that "as per the relevant team it is now correct and live", and the case was in status "Customer Action".
  4. I replied that it was fine and requested to close the case. NB: possibly, there are two action links View and Confirm in the list of cases (via https://support.learning.sap.com > Contact Us), Confirm might close the case.
  5. Case closed by SAP on April 1st.

For information, here was my request:

Email/User ID for login: <my Email> and <my S-User>
What SAP Platform (URLs)? https://learning.sap.com/learning-journeys/learn-the-basics-of-abap-programming-on-sap-btp/building-...
Course name: Learning the Basics of ABAP Programming on SAP BTP
Code unit name: Building an ABAP RESTful Application
Page number: N/A

Detail steps with screenshots (Screenshots of any error message will assist in quicker resolution times):

Go to the lesson "Building an ABAP RESTful Application" (same name as code unit).

Go to this part: "Steps 1. Enable the search capabilities in the Data Definition file ZC_XX_GROCERY for fields Product, Category, Brand, ExpirationDate, Expired , and Rating. Replace the code in the data definition file by copying and pasting the solution code below."

The tutorial shows one code snippet, two sentences after the text above.

See the code snippet in the screenshot attached (file "missing annotation search.defaultSearchElement true.png")

The Code Snippet has an empty line instead of "@Search.defaultSearchElement: true" for all the 6 fields mentioned.

Thank you.
