How long does it take to confirm a payment for certification?

I made a payment via credit card on September 27, 2024, with six attempts, and the amounts were deducted from my account. However, I did not receive any acknowledgment or order number, and the attempts are not reflected in SAP.

I have already created a ticket regarding this issue but have not received a response. What should I do now?

Merchant Name : RATIOCINATE DYNAMICS PRIVATE LIMITED is this the correct Transaction Merchant name Please confirm
