How do I take C_TPLM30_65 exam ?

I am new in SAP Plant Maintenance and I would like to take C_TPLM30_65 exam, but I cannot find information on the internet on where, how much and how to take it.

Is the there a physical location where to take the C_TPLM30_65 exam, or it's online based. If anyone has information, please share with me. i live in New York.

If Im not mistaken that certification has been retired. The latest is

C_TPLM30_67 - SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Maintenance & Repair with ERP 6.0 EHP7

and can be found here
