How do I access the free SAP Crystal Presentation Design offer?

Please advise,

In the most recent [UA Newsletter|http://www28.sap.com/mk/get/G_11_UA_NL_FEB], I saw the offer for the free SAP Crystal Presentation Design download. I clicked on the link provided but it's saying the cost is $195.

Is there a promo code I should be entering?

I have develop a tutorial so if you can not access it via SCN please contact me and I will send you a copy.
