​How certifications listed who belong to a group company

This is a query from my client who has several group companies and the administrator needs to list all certifications that belong to all group companies.

The administrator assumes Certifications listed on SAP for Me are not the entire listing the administrator expects and some certifications seem to be missed.

Or kindly advise if any other solutions to list all certifications that belong to all their group companies.

I have been watching this, as I'm curious how it gets answered.

But it doesn't seem to create a quick dialog... I wonder... is SuccessFactors involved? If so, perhaps add it as a tag?

If not SucessFactors, is there a Learning Hub tag or another tag that could be applied?
