When you have your universal ID and subscription and it is time to schedule an appointment, goto:

https://sapcertification.questionmark.com/700161/ext/CertificationHub/

Type in your SAP email as user ID. DO NOT enter your SAP password here but press the link "Federated Log in". This will link your universal ID to your session.

As a result, you will see a different menu on the top. Use this menu to schedule a certificate and you need to come back to this place when doing the actual exam.

You still have to download and install the lock-down browser. After downloading, you may need to right-click on the file and change the properties. There is a tick that needs to be removed (either 'Archive' or 'Block'). Then execute as a system admin.

Hi Wolfang. Thanks for trying. I did go through your process however when scheduling the exam i have the following message "You have reached the attempts limit or your subscription has expired. Please renew your subscription at SAP Training and Certification Shop

and when clicking and the SAP training and Certification Shop i am forced to buy the SAP learning HUB which i though i could avoid by buying the SAP two attempt exam.

in the "how to get certified" it does mention you can buy the two attempt on the store (which i did) and that the learning HUB is only mandatory to get re-certified. My ticket as been closed as "completed", which is very disappointing considering i purchased a product for USD 250 which i can't use. Can you still help? Thanks

One more thing: Do not spend your own money on the subscription. Make sure you have a valid Universal ID @ Account.sap.com and then get a Hub subscription @ https://training.sap.com/LearningHubInternalEdition . The test is free of charge as part of subscription
