I have been trying for weeks to now! I have cer001 . I have not been able to get full help from support . They closed my ticket and sent me to faq but when I click schedule exam it says I have no attempts! This is taking up study time. I’m so frustrated

When you have your universal ID and subscription and it is time to schedule an appointment, goto:
https://sapcertification.questionmark.com/700161/ext/CertificationHub/
Type in your SAP email as user ID. DO NOT enter your SAP password here but press the link "Federated Log in". This will link your universal ID to your session.
As a result, you will see a different menu on the top. Use this menu to schedule a certificate and you need to come back to this place when doing the actual exam.
You still have to download and install the lock-down browser. After downloading, you may need to right-click on the file and change the properties. There is a tick that needs to be removed (either 'Archive' or 'Block'). Then execute as a system admin.

There are a couple of things that you can do:
1. Make sure you have a Universal ID: account.sap.com
2. Subscribe to the Learning Hub: https://training.sap.com/LearningHubInternalEdition
3. Wait about 15 minutes. Close your browser and clear your browser cache.
4. Check on learning.sap.com whether you have the 2 free attempts:
- goto learning.sap.com
- sign in with your Universal ID
- goto 'My Learning'
- goto 'Subscription'

I had the same problem, empty your browser cache and try with all your profiles! I have a P user and a S user, the attempt was charged on my S user even if I received and email saying the opposite.
