how can i get the duplicate certificate

hi,

recently i have cleared the sap xi certification exam. i am waiting for my certificate.

i just want to know what things i will get along with certificate? whether i will get the soft-copy of certificate in mail?

if i loose it somewhere is there anyway to claim the duplicate one?

you will get the certificate and a credit card type identification card.

As for the duplicate certificate - you would have to talk to education services regarding the same.

I have completed my EP certification. But, i have lost the certificate.

Could you let me know whta is the process to obtain the duplicate copy.

Please contact the relevant SAP Training Center in your area. For example, if you are in Asia, you can use the link http://www.sap.com/asia/services/education/contact/index.epx to request an additional copy of both certificate and card.

I passed the test but did not get any certificate and card
