How can I get SAP-ISH certification?

I am working as an SAP End user support Consultant in Burjeel Hospital, Abu Dhabi. I want to be SAP-ISH certified. Suggestions and inputs are welcome.

I do not see any certifications in this area in your country.

Although the message is considerably old , Can you help me with training in English in any part of the globe. I am trying to search but unable to . what i can get is only in Spanish and German.
