I have succeeded in ordering an SAP Learning Hub subscription for an employee and he did successfully obtain a course certificate in the first year. Now I want to enrol another employee, but when I login I see my subscription is not valid anymore. Meanwhile my company is sent dunning notices for the second year of the subscription.
I have tried several times (7) to correspond with the SAP Store support team on an issue with SAP Learning Hub, was assigned a ticket number but they never even bothered to answer. Why is their support this bad?
Can anyone tell me the correct procedure of buying an SAP Learning subscription for an employee of my company?
