Hide Email id from records of achievement and confirmations of participation

Hello,

is there any way to hide email id from records of achievement and confirmations of participation documents? someone can use the verification url to see the certificates which is very good but the documents also displays email id which some users may want to hide for various reasons.

as there is settings to show/hide birth date on documents, do you think similar kind of settings should be available for email id as well?

Hi Chandra,

As far as I'm aware, the reason that your email-id is mandatory in the Record of Achievement is to act as the identifier that you are the correct person who completed the course. Since there may be multiple people with the same name, either your date of birth or email address would show that you are the one who earned the Record of Achievement. Since most people would rather share their email address than their date of birth, this is why you can decide to hide your date of birth.
