I do not know what app you are using. But FTE means Full Time Equivalent.
So if a department works 6000 hours in one year, this would be considered to be 3 FTEs (full time people) for one year (6000/2000). Companies use different numbers but 40 hours per week or 2000hours per year are commonly used. So get the companies standard conversion rate and then do your calc!
