GATP certification : info needed

Hello all ,

I am in the SAP SD functionality for last 3 years 6 months working in an MNC . This is my total SAP experience at the moment.

I was planning to go for the certification in the Order Fulfillment (SD) but came to know about this new stuff in the SAP APO - GATP . Also came to know that people with SD experience can go for this new functionality GATP as it deals with the functionality of Availability Check .

Well, I need some expert guidance to know the future of the GATP & R/3 core modules and whether it will suit to my profile if i go for the GATP certification.

Your expert guidance is highly solicited here and will be obliged if you provide inputs on this considering my confusion regarding the whole matter.
