I an NOT certified SAP consultant. I am learning FI/CO module and wants to install R/3 4.7 IDES evaluation version for practice pupose on my notebook. Can I get this anywhere other than ebay to download.

I Think no,
IDES is not availble except Service.sap.com. If you are authorizesd then you can download it from there
It is not a 90 days trial Version. It is a license version for training purpose.
