Financial Accounting Certification Options - Please compare C_TS4FI & C_S4CFI

Appreciate guidance for certification at the intermediate level for Financial Accounting. 

Kindly descibe the difference between C_TS4FI & C_S4CFI.  Is the differentiating factor one is Cloud Private Edition and one is Cloud Public Edition, and if true, which is recommended for an SAP Consultant role. Also, are these considered beginner level certifications, and are there any intermediate certifications or is the next level only Professional?  

Are there any other FICO certifications available I have missed?
