There are two standard options to do this
- Many operating char of account can be rolled up at Group Chart of Account
- Many country chart of account can be rolled up at Operating Chart of Account
Now, keep in mind that there are other factors related to controlling area, account usage etc. need to be considered before making any changes to chart of account.
ABAPer can also create custom reports which can report data with combine chart of accounts. This option is easy fix because you don't need to tough existing process.

Companies can define
1) OPERATING PLAN ACCOUNT BY THE NEED FOR ITS HEAD OFFICE.
And associate with this PLAN ACCOUNTS an alternative plan (the latter according to the need of the country where he is located)
2) Then to configure the other modules are always used operating plan accounts, default may be reported by the alternative plan.
