Can I know what is the difference between the
SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP4
and
SAP Certified Solution Consultant Financials - Financial Accounting with SAP ERP 2005
Which one to take ?

In the multiple choice questions, does it explain how many correct answers are there in both the versions of exams ?
(Is it there only in old / new version ?)

The rules of certification (in this case MCQs) apply to all certifications.
So, YES - it does give you before every question, as to how many options are correct.
I would request you to kindly contact your nearest ATC to get more updated details.

You should go for the first one, as its equipped with latest changes with Enhancement Package 4.
Consult with the Authorised Training Center for more or search these forums. A lot of queires on this have been answered earlier.
