Error when I try to open a booked e-learning course

Hallo,

I hope you can help me with a problem of my booked SAP-E-course.

When I try to access the course an error message appears (I attached a screenshot of the problem).

Maybe someone knows why this happens.

Dear Christian,

sorry to hear about the issues. It might be to do with your Java/Flash settings. I have attached the technical set-up requirements on your computer via this URL which will hopefully help.
