Error trying to activate CERB02 license: partner misconfiguration

Hi,

I tried to activate my CERB02:SAP Global Certification Online Exam for SAP Learning Hub, Solution Editions (2 attempts) license and got the following error

We are unable to process your order at this time. Please contact your local SAP Training and Adoption office and provide error: partner misconfiguration.

I have drafted a support case and it remains In-Process and will not respond. Please advise me what to do.

Thanks, Margit_Wagner. I then prompted the help desk with a number of support cases and the problem was resolved.
