Error creating Solution quotation as per SAP excercies in SAP leaning sytem-Incosistent data

I am getting an error while creating a Solution quotation as per the SAP learning excercise in SAP BRIM ,

This is supposed to be a practice system with all data set up but looks like it is not working. how can i report and get this resolved. any reply will be appreciated.
