Does ABAP certification include data transfer?

Hi,

Does anybody pass the following ABAP Certification?

SAP NetWeaver 2004 - Development Consultant – Application Development Focus ABAP

Certification ID (Booking code): C_TAW12_04

(1) Does it include data transfer, like BDC, IDOCS, BAPI etc..?

(2) How many months you need to prepare for the test if you have 2 -3 years development experience?

(3) Do you need to take related courses or not?

I am looking forward to get certified in C_TAW12_04. I have around 5 years of ABAP development exp.

1. How much time does it take to prepare for the test.

2. Did you give the test and what are the difficulties that you have faced.

3. Could you provide me with the training material TAW10 and TAW12.

4. Do we need to prepare anything else apart from TAW10 and TAW12.

Hi Racherla,

i have cleared the certification in C_TAW12_04, so i would like to help you on below questions,

1. How much time does it take to prepare for the test.

For a person with 5 years of experience, its very easy to clear the test, but the thing is you need be very strong in basics and need to go through all the certification material atleast once.

2. Did you give the test and what are the difficulties that you have faced.

Not many, almost everything will be from the certification material itself, so you wont any difficulty in clearing the test if you go through all the certification books.

3. Could you provide me with the training material TAW10 and TAW12.

i have the softcopies with me. (both TAW10 , TAW12)

4. Do we need to prepare anything else apart from TAW10 and TAW12.

SAP recomends you to go through other materials also apart from TAW10, TAW12, like BC401, BC402, BC430, BC400, BC410 .....etc please check the below link for those details.
