Digital Badge not received after passing the certification

on 6th May 2024, i completed the certification C_TS4FI_2021. After successfully completing the exam, i received a mail that i have passed the exam. However, i have not received any follow on mail to claim the digital badge, and also when i check certification tab under 'My learnings' section the certificate is not available.

My universal id is tusharpoddar@gmail.com

I have already raised Ticket on same day (Ticket ID 751434) which is lying unattended on 4th day today.

I have raised it of twitter of Learning@SAP but no one seems to be bothered. Is there any other way or escalation method available for this
