Digital badge didn't receive

Digital Badge not received after passing the certification

on 21st April 2025, I completed the certification C_TS4FI_2023. After successfully completing the exam, i received a mail that i have passed the exam. However, I have not received any follow on mail to claim the digital badge, and also when I check certification tab under 'My learnings' section the certificate is not available.

What should I do ?

There you find Where do I get support regarding my badge?:
Check your account settings on Credly. You can find additional information on the Credly site.
If you need further support, contact the Credly Support Team via support@credly.com.

Hi Margit, Thank you for your reply. I would like to clarify that the issue is not from Credly's side. The problem is that my certification is not appearing under the "My Learning" → "Certifications" section in SAP's system itself, which indicates that the badge was never issued from SAP to Credly. My case number is 5000150610 for your reference. I appreciate your support in solving this issue.

Hi Margit, I have the same issue. I went to Creddly site and they have this message "If you have your account registered with the correct email address or have the secondary email address added and confirmed, you'll want to reach out to the issuing organization first" and becuase I have two email accounts registered, here I am...

Bom dia!

 

Desde o dia 06/05 todo aprendizado SAP concluído não gera badge no Credly.

Se acessar https://learning.sap.com/my-learning/activity há notificação de que o emblema foi gerado, porém não há nada na conta Credly referente a esta jornada. Há um redirecionamento para o penúltimo emblema, emitido em 05/05/2025.

Good morning! Since May 6th, all completed SAP learning courses have not generated a badge in Credly. If you access https://learning.sap.com/my-learning/activity, there is a notification that the badge has been generated, but there is nothing in the Credly account related to this journey. There is a redirection to the penultimate badge, issued on May 5th, 2025.

In a nutshell

  • If you are an SAP Partner, Go to SAP Partner Portal Access Contact Us from the menu on the right side Choose "User Management" add the following information: • e-mail • S-User for the exam • Exam code • Proof of certification (PDF, screenshot, Credly URL) • SAP Universal ID
  • If you are an individual / SAP Customer, please create a case here 
    Select category "Learning and Certification Advice".
    Enter the following Information:
    - Email address
    - S-User taken for the exam
    - Exam Code
    - Proof of certification completion (by either pdf or screenshot or by Credly URL - SAP Universal ID Email address

In case you do not see on My Learning Certifications  a link to "view certification" that links you to your digital badge, the badge was issued to another email domain than those you use to log on to SAP Learning.
In this case, please add this email address you used to log on to SAP Learning also to your Credly account.

Hi @Margit_Wagner Thank you for your response. I have already linked both email addresses (the one I used for the exam and the one on my Credly account), and I can confirm that I did not receive any email regarding the digital badge. This issue appears to be from SAP’s side, not Credly’s, as the certification itself is still not visible under the “My Learning Certifications” section. I have opened a support case with SAP – Case Number: 5000150610 – and I kindly ask you to review it and help escalate the issue if possible. Thanks again for your support.
