Differences between 2020 and 2021 - Certification (Example - C_TS4CO_2020 and C_TS4CO_2021)

Just wanted to know what is differences between the 2 Certifications ( Example - C_TS4CO_2020 and C_TS4CO_2021)

Because only for 2021, I noted some extra information in description such as highlighted in below.

So my question is which is recommended certification for now.
