Difference between SAP HR And SAP HCM???

Hi,

Have been searching on the web for more detailed answer on the difference between SAP HR and SAP HCM, the best could get on the web was this ([Difference Between|http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_difference_between_sap_hr_and_sap_hcm]).

And if SAP HR and SAP HCM are different concept and are different certification program, what would you advice a person who is a fresher in SAP and wants to do a certification in HR or HCM.
