did not receive any confirmation of online exam

Hello,

i passed online c_tadm_21 certification today 4.4.2022 (4111248405) but i did not receive any email about that. I would like to ask you if it is normal and would like to ask you if i had to receive information via mail. How much time i need to wait until i see it in my account in people.sap.com?

Hi Andrej,

At the end of the exam, the result is displayed. You should receive a message from the examinator, i.e. Questionmark.eu, within a few hours confirming the result. After which you should receive a message from Credly for your badge but this make take a little more time (1-2 business days). Credly is synchronised with your SAP profile (when enabled).

Sometimes, the whole process takes a few hours, sometimes a few days (1-3).
