Hi,
Can anyone help me in how we can access database for GBI instance (SAP ERP). I want my students to know the database structure for different business processes like sales, procurement , finance.
Is it possible? if yes, please guide me how?

Hi Nadia,
It will be quite daunting trying to understand all the underlying tables involved the the business processes. My suggestion is to just focus on the important ones.
I found this web site which lists SAP tables by modules (I am sure the lists are not exhaustive): http://www.tcodesearch.com/sap-tables
Once you obtain the names of the tables from the above web site, in SAP, you can use transaction code SE11 (Data Dictionary) to view the table structure, and SE16N (General Table Display) to view the content of the tables.
Good luck.
