Crystal Reports and Dashboard Installation

I am trying to install Crystal Reports on my laptop. I downloaded the zip file from UA web site after filling out a form. But when I click on the setup.exe after extracting it to my desktop, nothing happens. Any recommendations how to get past this? What I am doing wrong? Had the same experience with Crystal Dashboard.

Hi Lutfus,

I went through the installation of both products without an issue. Could you provide some more background on your process?

When you clicked on the setup.exe file were you able to proceed with the following steps to install:

• Choose your language and click install
• Follow instructions and read the License Agreement - please note the agreement can be found in other languages
• If you accept the agreement, click next and enter key code D720C-36D600S-BYNKZ99-B020040-WE

you for the e-mail. I have managed to install Crystal Reports on my laptop. I
did not extract all the files that I downloaded in the zip file. That was why I
was encountyering the problem. I hope that I can reach out to you with other
