Hi
We are developing a new CRM subject to be introduced in 2010. We would like to hear from universities who teach CRM using SAP or another vendor's solution. We have had discussions with various vendors. We are in the process of deciding which CRM solution would be best suited to incorporate into our curriculum.
Thanks

Hello Paul - Ihave no schools as yet but this has been because the UK is quite a young program and so many are still focused upon ERP and BI. However a number have expressed an interest in CRM and one UK based consulting firm has expressed an interest in working collaboratively on teaching materials and even lectures around CRM. I'd certainly be happy to identify a potenbtial UKI collaborator and see if we could explore an international case study or similar? Any thoughts?

Hi Paul,
I am a member of an SAP group in the LinkedIn professional networking portal. This article just popped up today in my in-basket.
"Why did SAP surpass Oracle's Siebel in CRM marketshare?"
It is written by Sandra Eisenberg, an independent consultant who has a blog entitled "Making Cents and Sense of CRM".
We are all commited to doing what makes 'sense' here in delivering CRM curriculum for the SAP University Alliances ERP environment.
