Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation  to log into SAP Credential Manager. However after numerous  attempts to retrieve my password/username I have not received any e-mail from the system with username/password reset despite that the Credential Manager statement that "Account Recovery was successful, please check your E-mail". Please help.

I have not received the welcome link from credential manager yet.

Completed my HANA certification in December 2015.

Hi,

Even i am facing same issue to access my SAP account.

I have done my Certification in month on October, and received a link to activate my account, but some how provided link is not valid, and currently i am not able to access my account.

I have already drop couple of mails at Credential-manager@sap.com, no luck.


Can you please activate the credential manager for my account too?

please, check again. If you can't download / print your certificate EC Q2/2015 create a support request in CM directly, please.
