Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation to log into SAP Credential Manager. However after numerous attempts to retrieve my password/username I have not received any e-mail from the system with username/password reset despite that the Credential Manager statement that "Account Recovery was successful, please check your E-mail". Please help.
Request clarification before answering.

Hi,
Even i am facing same issue to access my SAP account.
I have done my Certification in month on October, and received a link to activate my account, but some how provided link is not valid, and currently i am not able to access my account.
I have already drop couple of mails at Credential-manager@sap.com, no luck.
Can you please activate the credential manager for my account too?
