Hi,

I'm SAP certified consultant (<<<removed by moderator>>>, Sept 2008) and I'd like to know if I can access the Credential Manager in order to check my certification status and keep investing in SAP certifications.

Thank you.

Hi Mohammad,

I am trying to find the correct contact person to answer your question since it is related to accessing the SAP Help Portal. I do not think this should be connected to your certified status.

Best regards,

Amy

Hi Mohammad, For issues accessing SAP Help Portal, please try creating a question with the "Using SAP.com" tag. If you need to access Credential Manager for your certifications, please follow the instructions above. Best regards, Amy

Hi Glemiston,

Credential Manager is a free service that you can use if your certification is still valid. It could be that your certification has been retired since you took it some years ago but I would recommend you try and see. If you have problems logging into Credential Manager or have not yet received an access e-mail, please contact credential-manager@sap.com listing your current Person ID (former SAP User-ID or S-User) and any additional user ID’s with which you are SAP Certified.

Best regards,

Amy

Hi, Thank you for your post. I'm afraid we cannot process requests with personal data on this site. However, you can reset your e-mail yourself on the log in site. If this still doesn't work please follow the instructions there and contact credential-manager@sap.com. We are working on password reset requests with high priority. Please ensure you check your junk mail folder for an e-mail from the sender sap.noreply@pearson.com or add this address to the list of safe senders. Best regards, Amy O'Callaghan SAP Community Moderator
