I passed a certification on the certification hub, and wanted to get a pdf file of the certification.
When I log-in to the credential manager site, it shows error and unable to see anything.
Could anyone help me?

The message is
ARJUNA016053: Could not commit transaction. ***Nested Exception*** javax.transaction.RollbackException: ARJUNA016053: Could not commit transaction. No Message Available.
