Creating automated reports on a rolling period in the LMS

Hello.

I want to set automated reports in the LMS that will work on a rolling calendar. For example, when the report is run Jan 01, 2021, it will capture data counting back 90 days from Jan 01, when the report automatically runs on Jan 05, 2021, it will capture data counting back 90 days from that date; when the report automatically runs on Jan 10, 2021, it will capture the data counting back 90 days from that date., and so on.

I have been unable to find a KBA or anything in the SAP Success Factors Learning Comprehensive guide that answers this question.

Has anyone been able to do this, and if so, can you provide me steps for how to run the type of report I am describing.

This can be done by creating custom report using PRD tool. Edit the report given by SAP through PRD tool and add code to truncate the result to 90 day on the required field i.e. completion date field if you need completion for last 90 days.
