Course Progress Error

In the process of changing my career, I recently completed a course: Outlining the Financial Accounting Overview in SAP S/4HANA, but on my SAP-leaning platform, it shows 5 of 6 units completed. Hence, I could not claim my record of achievement, even though I passed all the quizzes.

A ticket (676036) raised on SAP E-Leaning support remains in progress.  Please,  what can I do to rectify the progress error?

Hi @F_M 
In order to receive a digital badge you need to complete all units and pass all the quizzes. 
So it  looks like you did not completed all  units which is one of the mandatory rule in the  Digital Learning Journey .
Our expert suggested to login in once again and go through the Digital Learning Journey step-by-step by clicking on continue end of every unit,
The progress should show 6 of 6 units completed.
Then you should be able to claim your badge.
If still the problem persists  please let me know

Thanks Margit. I have completed all the units, gone through the journey step by step clicking on continue at the end of every unit but the technical problem is unit 3 quiz is not seen as completed. Please, I have sent you the completed (passes) Task 3 quiz to you to you as direct message.

Did that happen before and did you  added this to the ticket?

I raised the ticket 6days ago (Wednesday 5th July, to be precise). I got this message below around 10:00am today

''Ticket Reference Number: 676036.

Thanks you for your recent support query re. Progress Error: Outlining the Financial Accounting Overview in SAP S4HANA.
Your ticket has been updated to Completed''.

However, till now the stated on my learning journey remains 5 of 6units completed. I have refreshed the page severally after receiving the message but the error remain the same.

I  understand your frustration. 
Have you be able to reopen the ticket and report back that the problem still existed?

Hi, unfortunately I'm unable to reopen the ticket but I have created another ticket with reference to the old ticket number.
