Correct format for adding tags for bulk import in Litmos

Hi,

I would like to ask 2 questions for support in regards to Litmos

1) What is the correct format for adding tags and topics into Litmos for .csv for bulk import?
2) How to find and replace tags for existing ones (is it manual?)
