Confusion in career switching to SAP Business One

Hello All,

I have a weird question regarding a career advise, I'm currently working as IBM Maximo Implementations Team Leader (Technical & Functional), with 8+ implementations for different customers in different industries, also i'm certified as PRINCE 2 Practitioner and IBM Advanced Deployment Professional.

I got an offer to switch to SAP Business One Technical Team Leader with Techno Functional responsibilities and Project Management. I'm very excited of joining a new domain with new challenges.

However, the weird part is that i had worked as SAP ABAP Consultant before switching to IBM Maximo, and i made this switch because ABAP wasn't satisfying me and i didn't want to be solely involved in the Technical Part. I know that SAP R3 is the elder brother for SAP Business One, but i'm also know that Business One is not like R3 in the Modules Segmentation. I'm very confused with the switching decision and whether i will be happy in SAP B1 or it would be the same and i'll lose my IBM experience. What do you think?

I really need your advice.
