CHICO UCC Summer Preparations

Hello,

I am preparing for 3 SAP courses to be taught during summer term - BPM, CRM, and SCM. 2 other faculty and I need access to the servers with appropriate datasets for our courses beginning May 1 so that we can adequately prepare for June 1st start of term. Please let me know what I need to do to give our needs to the appropriate person at CHICO who can set up our access and give us teacher and student sign-ons. We need this quickly in order to prep for these new courses.

Is student work cleared out at the end of each term? We need this in order to use the same dataset each semester for certain repeated courses.

Also, will we be using the same version of the SAP GUI for summer term or will there be an upgrade. I need to download the GUI to a new lab classroom to prepare for summer term.

As with all your SAP System questions in the past, direct them to me or to our SAP mailbox: sap at csuchico.edu (the Forum doesn't permit email addresses to be posted)

SAP Clients are refreshed after each school term UNLESS the Professor requests their client be maintained. I will send you a Worksheet to list your course needs and login information for our File Server, which has the current SAP GUI for download. Thanks.
