Change email address for my personal S user ID

Hello,

Please can anyone help me in changing my email address for my S user id. I am no longer with the company with which I was having m S user id attached.

Is there an way to change it ?

Hi Deepak,

After logging in, click on your name at the top of the screen (Login name).

On next screen in bottom right under photo/avatar, there is a link to change your email address.

Hello Kim

I have changed my old S user id to my hotmail email address. Can I also change the old organization ? The organization is inactive and I cannot edit it.

Hi Deepak,

Yes, you can change the organization. 

The editable field is located in the same screen where you change your password.

I just changed mine to test.

Hi Deepak,

In my previous reply, I meant to say that you can change your Organization details in the same page where you change your email address.  This is the 'Account' tab. 

However, you can also navigate to "Account" from the "Change Password" tab.

Hi Kim,

I tried the above solution, but no luck.

I am unable to change my company's email as it was locked & grayed out.

Can you suggest/assist on this..
