Certification Result not very clear

Hi guys.

I made an certification exam days ago and I failed, but at least 2 or 3 questions were not clear at all.

Anyone made a complain in the past to a certification result?

It works?

Sorry about that. We usual reach-out to sap https://training.sap.com/ Email us at the bottom (for any issue). Beside you can report this to proctor, soon after you submit your exam.

If it a valid issue, I am sure they will rectify it.

Proctor is the person who supervised your exam. Usually they remain available till the end of the exam. Once you click on submit button your are free to discuss any issues with Proctor and he/she make a note of the issue and take it further. This is possible only during active session. In your case you may not be able to contact your proctor anymore. Your best option would be to contact training/ certification team.
