Certification for business process

My friend is Immigration consultant and a lawyer.Do we have certification or course for immigration/legal business process?or any other functional module?

Your question is rather ambiguous. Functional module training is available but you make it sound like your friend is looking for non-SAP related professional certification. Rather unclear.

This is the forum to ask about SAP certification and SAP certified professional designations.

1)He looks for SAP certification only.He has all professional certification of respective fields.

2) Let me put this question differently.

A large Immigration consulting firm or Law firm wants to implement SAP,which SAP professional are required in this type of project?

or

We have certification for Order to cash,Procure to pay business process etc..

Does SAP offers certification of Business process of Law company or Immigration consulting company?
