Certificate not received yet !!

Dear Experts,

i have passed the certification exam for C_THR12_65 on May 15th 2012, and i haven't yet received the certificate ... how can i contact SAP to send it ?! or what should i do ?!

Hi Fadwa,

Usually it take 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes little longer due to administrative reasons. I believe you may have to wait another 2 - 3 weeks. If you do not receive by that time, you can contact SAP then.

You need to contact your local SAP Center where you have appeared the examination.
