Hi, yes that's right. The certificate was issued June 17, 2016 after I was certified on April 29, 2016 as SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Business One Release 9.0. I printed it out long back, but I do not find any PDF file or URL for the certificate now. I was certified related to an old S-User-ID S0015808622 which does not work anymore. My current S-User-ID is S0015955565.

Yes, what you understood is correct. but the mail which you dropped might not work please drop a mail to education.germany@sap.com for the correct resolution

Steps to download Certificate

Old Certificates used to be in SAP Credential Manager now SAP has withdrawn its support and everything has been moved to Acclaim.

Please contact your Local Education Department to find a solution.

I looked at the steps described at the given URL. This is were complicated, so do I understand right:

As my certificate is old (pre 2017), it is NOT and will never be shown in Acclaim (?!)

But it should now be shown in SAP Learning Hub instead.

But as it was issued under an old S-User-ID, it is not shown in in SAP Learning Hub either (I could not find it).

So next step is to contact my local education department with the above information, so that they upload my certificate to SAP Learning Hub (not Acclaim) under my new S-User-ID?
