Hi Team,

in the latest update for the certificate C_S4CPB_2502 (SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA) it is necessary to go through the steps in the following learning journey, before certification: Implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

Now I have an issue on step 4: Practical Test - Showcase your skills by applying your acquired skills practically

The link to the system loads and the restricted system is displayed, but I am not able to execute any action there. After I receive the required task, the system is not responsive: learning.sap.com/learning-journeys/implementing-sap-s-4hana-cloud-public-edition/hands-on/practical-...

So I am stuck.  Can you please check the system on your end and suggest me how to proceed? I guess that this issue will prevent any user to get certified.

hi, I have faced the same problem and non of the above suggestions helped in my case (another browser, clearing cache etc...). I had to create a support case

I also have finally created a case and following up the support team for resolution. The support team had asked me to upload the screen recording of the issue.

The support team provided a detailed explanation and workarounds in the support case ticket I had raised, which enabled me to complete the test successfully.

In the meantime, here’s a workaround you can do upon starting the practical test: 1. Click the Full Screen icon located in the lower-right corner of the simulation window. 2. Adjust your browser’s zoom setting (setting it to 50% has helped in our testing). To begin the test, click the downward arrow next to the “Administration” tab. This will display the list of available spaces, and you may proceed from there.
