High i m new to this community i need help from the sap expert ?

As i want to start my career in sap bi please tell me.

1) What exactly SAP Bi is?

2) What Knowledge Should i have before getting into SAP Bi ?

3) Shall i learn Only SAP Bi or there  are some other modules also?

Hi Rahul,

BI is a warehouse system which stores the data coming from different modules. It has its own OLAP engine and own data processing techniques.

It would be better if you have the database understanding, in general. This will help you understand many of the BI concepts.

First off all thanks for giving such a quick response.

Nilanjan right now i m working in .net platform and i m Little worried about dis programming language as i noe i cant make out my whole life in coding thats why i planned to shift towards SAP BI.

is this is the right decision.

Hi Rahul,

SAP BI is warehouse, its integrated with multiple modules of SAP. there no need any back to learn SAP Bi. just need to understand concepts and do practice well. if you have some brief idea about other modules its give you to more info about data of other modules and how the data coming and sitting into BI.as well as its database concept based on.

Some companies are SAP Partners in india. those info will available in google

if  you like training from Siemens it wll cost 1 lack to 3laks

if u did this course. you will get in Software companies which are supporting or implementing SAP Projects around the world.

most of the MNC now days working SAP Projects.
