Hello.
2 days ago I scheduled an exam on sapcertification.questionmark.com Due to a technical error I was unable to connect to Questionmark Security - the examiner said that I need to schedule the exam again.
Two days have passed, but I cannot schedule a new attempt, because the site shows the "green clock" sign that the exam is scheduled.
Contacting questionmark technical support (online chat) did not help - they said that I need to contact SAP.
When contacting SAP technical support (sso@sap.com) I received the answer "We are responsible for helping you with SSO related issues."
The site https://learning.sap.com/helpcenter for creating tickets https://lso-ssrv-app.cfapps.eu10-004.hana.ondemand.com/ is not working (Internal Server Error)
The online hour is Offline.
The chatbot is not available.
When calling on the phone, there is an answering machine and a polite "call back" after 5 minutes of waiting.
Does anyone know another way to contact learninghub.sap.com technical support?

You can cancel or reschedule an exam in Certification Hub by using the calendar icon in the
“Exam Appointments/Upcoming Appointments” section.
You must cancel or reschedule your exam at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time.
