Can someone explain to me the difference between SAP C_TS4FI_1809 and SAP C_TS4FI_1709?

Greetings,

I have come to notice that SAP is offering two similar financial accounting modules SAP C_TS4FI_1809 and SAP C_TS4FI_1709. Is one of them a prerequisite to the other or are they just completely two different certifications? Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

C_TS4FI_1809 & C_TS4FI_1709 are both same but just a latest one version as sap releases every year new version with minute questions modification.

the content will be identical only i prefer latest version because after 2 or 3 years validation will get changed refer

These are two separate certifications - one for 1709, the other for 1809.

You don't have to pass C_TS4FI_1709 to enroll for C_TS4FI_1809.

Thank you for answering. What makes them different? I went through the content of both of these certifications and it looks perfectly identical. Which is better out of the two?

vjm123 taking the 1809 certification makes more sense in the majority of the cases - it is for a newer version. C_TS4FI_1709 will expire before C_TS4FI_1809.
