Hello
I can not open open.sap.com from my three browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on windows 10 japanese (Connection from tokyo)
In chrome dev tools, I have the following errors
I can not open with Firefox, Opera on IOS also.
As I can not open the website I can not communicate with the help center.
Anyone can help ?

On wifi :
I have the following errors :

the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

On 4G, I can display the homepage but it takes more than 2 minutes to display.
If I try to call an other, it takes more than two minutes to display it

So I have tested at home and this morning at work.
At home : MacosX last version + Safari last version -> OK no problem
At work :
- W10 last update, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Wifi -> homepage not loaded (take too long time)
- Iphone 6 wifi -> homepage not loaded (take too long time)
- Iphone 6 4G -> homepage loaded (take no time)
- W10 last update, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Wifi, Via VPN -> homepage loaded (take no time)
Conclusion:
Yesterday, even in 4G, I was not able to load the homepage. But now I can. Thanks for your help.
I have a problem with the wifi of my company. I will check here.

Make sure you router is not having any issues ! You can login into your router using 192.168.0.1 login IP address !
