I'm about to do the session to obtain the CABAP_D certification and I have a doubt about how errors are counted.

If I am undecided on an answer, will I be penalized if it is incorrect with a negative score or I simply get  zero?

There you find the How to prepare tab it contains the list of topics that may be covered within this SAP Certification and the courses that touches on these topics. The cut score indicates the minimum percentage of correct answers you need to get.
