Hello all
I have recently come across that PLM certification C_TPLM30_05 has been retired. I hold a certification in this . Does this mean that I am no more SAP certified in PM ?
Should I re-write my PM certification in SAP i.e. C_TPLM30_65 and C_TPLM30_66?
Can i no longer call my self as a SAP certified in PM module although I hold a certification in C_TPLM30_05 (now retired) and my hard copy certificate no where mentions about an expiry date of the ceritficate.

Retirement of SAP Certification is nothing to do with your Eligibility.
You are still a SAP Certified Consultant for life time. Nobody can deny that.
If you would like update your knowledge and get it certified, please look for Delta Certifications.

Dear Ravi
You mean there are some delta certifications for C_TPLM30_66.. Did u say that as I have already cleared C_TPLM30_05, I need not have to go through all those 5 books of PLM 300,305,310, 315 and 318.
Delta certification as of my knowledge is something to do for Professional level certification if u have a Associate level of certification in that module.
Please through some light.
Thanks for your above information.
Hi Murad,
Delta Certification need not necessarily be the professional certification. Sometimes, even it could be an associate exam. However, very few exams will have delta, where there is huge amount of difference in technology. Therefore, it is up to you to for professional certification or just continue as you are. I am not sure if you have any delta exam in your area. Please check
Personally, I do not go for professional, unless if it gives you an added values to you. But, passing professional exam always makes differences, as you will find very people would attempt. This shows your maturity levels in that subject. Employees would need to believe your knowledge.
Hope this helps you.
Kind Regards,
Ravi
